But when I’m not debating pistachio vs. stracciatella here in sunny Lisbon, Portugal, I’m doing something far less cute: building client acquisition systems for coaches and therapists who are tired of guessing their way to clients.

Before I worked with coaches, I was a UN program officer working on social and behavior‑change communication in different countries.
My job was to answer questions like:
